[Todos] IMPORTANTE - CERTIFICACIONES MÉDICAS

[Sección Personal]

 Les informamos acerca de los CAMBIOS que se han implementado, por
parte de la División Universitaria de la Salud, EN EL SISTEMA DE
CERTIFICACIONES MÉDICAS.

LAS SOLICITUDES (a domicilio o sanatorio) DEL
INTERIOR DEL PAÍS, O DE LAS ZONAS DE LOS DEPARTAMENTOS DE CANELONES Y
SAN JOSÉ, EN LAS QUE NO LLEGA LA VISITA DEL MÉDICO DE LA DUS, deberán
incluir el CERTIFICADO MÉDICO DEL BPS (que expide el médico tratante del
prestador de salud).

Por tanto, si la solicitud se realiza por mail, se
adjuntará el certificado médico del BPS; si se realiza vía WEB, también
es necesario adjuntar el mismo certificado.

En el caso en que no sea
posible adjuntar la foto o el escaneado del certificado médico del BPS,
el mismo deberá ser entregado en sección Personal, DENTRO DE LAS
PRIMERAS 24 HORAS, CONTADAS A PARTIR DEL MOMENTO EN QUE SE REALIZA LA
SOLICITUD.
