Ricardo Cañizares, Secretario adjunto del Organismo Andino de Salud -
Convenio Hipólito Unanue (ORAS-CONHU) entrevistó a Charles Godue, Jefe la
Unidad de Recursos Humanos para la Salud de la Organización Panamericana de
la Salud, con quien compartió experiencias en una reunión de trabajo
en Santiago de Chile los días 28, 29 y 30 de abril de 2014, del grupo
asesor en recursos humanos de la OPS,  y en la cual se analizaron los
avances de los países de la Región de las Américas respecto a los desafíos
y metas de Toronto.

Esta entrevista permite conocer sus experiencias profesionales y los hitos
trascendentales en los últimos 20 años, así como su participación y
conducción de procesos clave en la historia de la salud pública en los
países americanos. También analiza los retos futuros para la gestión de los
recursos humanos como elemento central de los sistemas de salud y la
cobertura universal de salud.
