<strong>Presentación</strong><br>
El desarrollo tecnológico dinamiza todos los sectores de la sociedad; sin embargo gran número de estudios dan cuenta que a pesar del crecimiento de las políticas de incorporación de Tecnologías Digitales (TD) como facilitadoras de aprendizajes y desarrollo de competencias en los ámbitos educativos, lejos se está de alcanzar los niveles necesarios como para impulsar mejoras en su calidad.<br>
<br>
En la Udelar existen diversos proyectos y acciones que, impulsados desde la Comisión Sectorial de Enseñanza (CSE) y los servicios universitarios, han permitido una clara evolución en la incorporación de TD a la enseñanza. En este marco, se hace imperioso reflexionar sobre cómo se produce la incorporación de tecnologías en las prácticas docentes con el fin de estimular en los estudiantes su capacidad de analizar, razonar y comunicarse asertivamente. Resulta imprescindible revisar las prácticas docentes y recuperar el sentido de las mismas, reconcibiéndolas en permanente construcción y analizando el modo en que las tecnologías se encuentran integradas a la innovación docente.</p>

<strong>1.</strong> Desarrollar procesos de investigación-acción en el marco de comunidades de aprendizaje favoreciendo la reflexión sobre las prácticas docentes.<br>

<strong>2.</strong> Partiendo del análisis de prácticas, identificar colectivamente: cuáles son las condiciones institucionales de los docentes universitarios que integran las TD.<br>

<strong>3.</strong> Idear, diseñar e implementar iniciativas de mejora y transformación de las prácticas docentes con TD, que contribuyan a alcanzar una integración significativa.<br>
